    Description

AD8361 RF Microwave True Power Detector AM Detector Amplitude Detection 0.1-2.5ghz
    1、 Product application:
The ad8361 is a mean response power detector suitable for high frequency receiver and transmitter signal chains up to 2.5 GHz. The device is very simple to use. In most applications, it only needs a single power supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, power decoupling capacitor and input coupling capacitor to work. The output is a linear response DC voltage with a conversion gain of 7.5 V / V RMS. An external filter capacitor can be added to increase the average time constant.
Ad8361 is mainly used for true power measurement of simple and composite waveforms. It is especially suitable for measuring high peak factor (high peak to root mean square ratio) signals, such as CDMA and W-CDMA. The ad8361 has three operating modes and supports a variety of analog-to-digital converter requirements:
    1. The ground mode of the reference voltage source is zero.
    2. The internal reference voltage source mode can bias the output to 350 MV above the ground level.
    3. A reference voltage source mode is provided to bias the output to vs / 7.5.
    2、 Technical indicators
    1. Calibrated root mean square response
    2. Excellent temperature stability
    3. Input range up to 30 dB (2.5 GHz)
    4. Maximum input: 700 MV RMS, 10 DBM (50 Ω resistance)
    5. ± 0.25 DB linear response (to 2.5 GHz)
    6. Single power supply: 2.7 V to 5.5 V
    7. Low power consumption: 3.3 MW (3 V)
    8. Quick shutdown mode: 1 μ Below a
    9. Three modes are selected by jumper
