You are bidding on a  unused, new old stock Racal Antenna Model 1630-103 in original package.
Appears to be an active antenna enclosed in a PVC housing with a 'N' style cable connector and a threaded hole to attach a ground.
I am guessing at the following data for the 1630 series  - may have been used by weapon radar systems and that would explain a failure to provide information from Racal.
Excellent condition; no signs of wear/use.  Unable to test.
