The tart tapper has two sizes one on each end, the diameter of the small end is 3cm / 1.25 inch; big end is 4.5cm/1.78inch. Tart tapper can use it for tamping tarts in the tart pan and the mini muffin pan for making all kinds of mini pies. The pastry dough tamper can be tamped down without tearing or breaking. Please apply olive oil to seal/waterproof after using. Also great for pressing herbal infusions when waterproofed first. Perfect fit for pint or quart jars for packing down the contents.
