    Description

This is what the folks at today's St.Petersburg factory call a "Lenningrad"! The bugles of(BBb) Tubas made at that factory remained unchanged, and rotors went from clock spring to clothespin style springs, eventually adding miniball linkages. A linkage kit for newer Tubas will work for this horn, btw...
I was able to interchange slides with a friend's "modern" 201, from the '90's!
I guesstimate this Tuba to be@50 years old...The person I bought it from, told me he got it from an American military Vet, who brought it to America, "protected" by just a thin, blue, bag, in the '80's...
I've seen 2 of these with that same bag in my travels. There are dents as one would expect, and I tried to show 'em all in pictures. I had an American size mouthpiece receiver professionally installed, and the rotors cleaned and aligned as well. This is a great sounding horn, with good intonation, and that warm, fat St.Pete tone!  Bag pictured is included! Please feel free to ask any questions, and be aware of eBay shipping quote discrepancies! Greyhound, or Amtrak, will likely shave HALF off shipping.I'm also open to meet/deliver
anywhere in the Pacific N.W.,from Eugene, Oregon, to Bellingham, Washington, and as far East as Spokane, Washington, for .00 in my tank!
