Vintage Breyer Haflinger/Chris Hess/1979/Mold No. 156

Description

Vintage Breyer Haflinger/designed by Chris Hess and introduced in 1979 from Mold No. 156.  This horse measures approx. 10 x 7.  Red-brown in color with very full  two toned blonde tail and mane.  Tail is free flowing, not attached to either back leg. It is not fully painted on the underside.   The mane had a heavy center part.  It is very full two toned mane.
3 of the 4 feet are firmly  planted on the ground while the front right foot is raised.  The inside of the rear leg is clearly marked with the iconic Breyer Molding Co. "brand".
This horse looks like it has been well loved and played with given the amount of paint rubs and it's age.
